At PawsAcrossTime, every order is crafted with care and love — personalized for you and your furry friend. Please take a moment to read our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

  • Each product is custom-made, so please allow 7 business days for artwork creation and ceramic production.

  • Once your item is ready, it will be carefully packed and shipped to your doorstep.

Shipping Time

  • Australia: 3-10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, customs delays, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Locations

At this stage, we deliver across Australia only. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon. Thank you for your patience and love. 

Packaging & Care

All items are securely packaged in eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
Because our ceramics are handcrafted and fired at 890°C, each piece is made to last — but please handle with care.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
