At Paws Across Time, we believe every companion leaves a story worth remembering. Each memorial is handcrafted with patience, care, and respect—not simply as an urn, but as a lasting tribute to a life deeply loved.
Rather than creating products in volume, we focus on one companion at a time, carefully sculpting and hand-painting every piece from your own photographs. Our hope is that every memorial brings comfort and keeps precious memories alive for years to come.

Will my order look exactly like my pet?
Our artists carefully study your pet's photos and do their best to capture their unique features, colours and personality. As each piece is completely hand-sculpted and hand-painted, it will be an artistic interpretation rather than a perfect replica. Small variations are a natural part of handmade art and make every creation truly unique.
What photos should I provide?
Clear photos taken in good lighting work best. Front, side and full-body photos help us accurately recreate your pet's unique features.
Will my handmade ceramic memorial have natural variations?
Yes. Every Paws Across Time memorial is individually handcrafted and kiln-fired, making each piece truly one of a kind. Small variations in shape, colour, glaze, or tiny surface marks are a natural part of the ceramic-making process and are not considered defects. These subtle differences reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship.
Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually hand-sculpted and hand-painted by our artists. We do not use photo printing, decals, or mass-production methods.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Because each piece is handmade to order, production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current demand.
Is every piece unique?
Absolutely. Since every item is handcrafted and hand-painted, no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
Do you ship from Australia?
Yes. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order in Australia?
Each piece is individually handcrafted and made to order. Production generally takes 2–4 weeks, followed by Australia-wide shipping, which typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Can your custom pet urns hold ashes?
Yes. Our memorial pieces are designed to function as full-sized pet urns, capable of holding your pet's ashes while also serving as elegant handcrafted artwork for your home. They are created to provide both a meaningful memorial and a beautiful way to keep your beloved companion close.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that mistakes can happen. Orders can be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, production begins and your piece is created specifically for your pet. As a result, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns or refunds once this period has passed.
