Custom Products

All our products are custom-made and created specifically for you and your pet. Because each piece is uniquely personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing it.
After this time, our design process usually begins, and cancellation or changes will be at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, size, or print, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll happily replace it at no extra cost once verified.

Photo Quality & Responsibility

Please ensure that the photo you upload meets our image guidelines — clear, high-resolution, and well-lit.
We cannot guarantee high-quality results if the original photo is blurry, poorly lit, or does not follow our submission recommendations.
We may make minor adjustments such as red-eye removal or brightness correction, but we cannot alter facial expressions, poses, or major features.
