Our logo tells the story at the heart of who we are: a cat and a dog gently embraced by caring hands beneath a subtle clock motif. It symbolizes love that transcends time — reminding us that even though our pets may not stay with us forever, their memories always do.

PawsAcrossTime began with a simple, heartfelt wish: to preserve the precious moments we share with our pets in a way that feels warm, lasting, and safe for the people and animals we love most. As pet parents, we know our furry companions are not “just pets.” They are family. They bring us comfort, joy, and quiet companionship in the moments that matter. Their presence turns ordinary days into cherished memories. But when we looked at the market, something felt missing. Many customised mugs were only surface printing or decals, cute but temporary, and often made with coatings or inks that may not be truly safe for long-term use for humans or pets.
