True love deserves to be captured with the highest level of respect and genuine artistry. We do not use ready-made ceramic blanks, digital printers, or transfer decals. Every piece is born from raw earth and finished by hand through a rigorous, traditional ceramic process:

• Sculpted from Raw Clay: Our process begins with pure, unformed clay. Guided by your pet’s photograph, we hand-pinch and sculpt the three-dimensional ears and structural details directly into the raw clay body, giving each piece its unique life and form.
• Hand-Painted on Raw Greenware: Before the clay is even fired, our artists paint every strand of fur and facial expression directly onto the unfired raw piece (greenware) using fine brushes. This demands absolute precision, as there is no room for mistakes on raw clay.
• The Masterful Underglaze Technique (1200°C): Once sculpted and hand-painted, the piece is coated with a clear protective glaze and fired in a kiln at an extreme high temperature of 1200°C. This intense heat permanently fuses the artwork underneath the crystalline glaze layer.

This traditional, high-temperature underglaze craftsmanship ensures that your keepsake is:

• Fade-Proof & Scratch-Resistant: The vibrant colours and delicate details are sealed beneath a diamond-hard glass glaze, remaining as vivid decades from now as they are today.
• Eternal Longevity: Because the artwork is under the glaze, it will never peel, flake, scratch, or wear away over time. It is completely immune to the elements.
